Living In Washington Park
Washington Park a walkable community close to downtown, Cherry Creek, and South Pearl Street. One of the oldest shopping districts in Denver is found on Old Gaylord Street, which features abundant retail and dining options.
A historic Denver neighborhood, Washington Park is one of the city’s most popular places to live.
The area is named after the local park with trails, lakes, expansive grassy areas, tennis courts, water amenities (fishing, boating), and beautiful gardens.
Perdida Kitchen is a must-visit on Old Gaylord and one of our favorite restaurants, featuring Coastal Mexican cuisine. New Americana Home is a great home store with a mix of new and antique items.
Washington Park Real Estate
Washington Park features a mix of real estate, though the main builds are single-family homes and duplexes/paired homes. These are historic Denver homes, but some people tear them down in favor of custom builds. There are some condos and a few rentals. Condos range from $300k-$1.5M, while single family/paired homes range from $1.2M-$5M.
