There is no shortage of green space in Hilltop. The preeminent Cranmer Park provides plenty of open areas to play and relax.
For over a half of century, the park’s focus is a large quartz sundial.
You can also enjoy other neighborhood parks and parkways, such as Robinson Park, Burns Park, Crestmoor Park and 6th Avenue parkway. The Denver Tennis Club is also nearby and is a premier tennis facility. Residents can choose to join the facility as well as a member, however, memberships are often on a waitlist.
Neighbors may direct you to Cherry Creek for dining options, but there is also an emerging local scene as well with quaint restaurants.
The neighborhood is bordered by Colorado Boulevard, Holly Street, 8th Avenue and Alameda Ave. Named in the top Denver neighborhood rankings by 5280 magazine consistently.

Properties in Hilltop were originally developed in the 1940s-1950s primarily. Some of the original homes have been demolished and replaced with larger homes.

Limited condominiums are available in Hilltop. When they have come on the market in the prior year, they tend to be priced in the $600,000-$800,000 range.
